I am passionate about living a healthy, well-balanced life full of meaning, growth and an abundance of love. Yoga continues to awaken me to the beauty and simple moments of life and every time I practice I am learning about myself and the limits of my body.  I enjoy the physical challenge and the peaceful energy yoga brings into my life on and off the mat. Yoga teaches me patience and helps me remember that giving up after the first try will never get me anywhere. I want a strong body and mind and practicing yoga has definitely helped me find strengths I never knew I had. I am excited to continue my journey and feel so blessed to have such amazing people to learn from every step of the way.

Jenn Chiarelli

Jenn Chiarelli's journey began through the art of dance. During a successful 11 year career with the Cleveland San Jose Ballet, Jenn found yoga. She fell in love with the flow and grace of Vinyasa and Ashtanga. As she became more aware of her spiritual path, Jenn traveled to Costa Rica, to the Nosara Yoga Institute. There she completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Don and Amba Stapelton. Jenn has met many yogi's along the way who have influenced her practice and teaching style, including Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Sharon Gannon and David Life, and Dominic Corigliano. Jenn’s class is a powerful yet graceful flow; she urges her students to find their own internal rhythm for self transformation, through the postures, nurturing breath, world music and an open heart.

Ms. Sweet truly began her in-depth yoga journey with Ms. Jenn Chiarelli. Ms. Chiarelli has been guiding her study of yoga and the yoga lifestyle for many years. Under Ms. Chiarelli’s wealth of knowledge Sweet’s practice has evolved from just a physical practice to the metaphysical. Ms. Sweet describes her journey as, “Throughout my life journey I was continually searching and depending on the external world to create wealth, happiness and peace….since my practice has evolved I have discovered that by searching inward true happiness is right there, inside. Nothing in my life has ever given me the internal peace, joy and happiness that yoga and self awareness has.”

She has over 2000 hours of yoga practice and has been a student of Jenn Chiarelli, Dharma Mittra, Dave Oliver, Cheryl Oliver, John Salisbury, Stephanie Dempsey and many other influential yoga teachers. David Saxby

David walked into a group fitness Yoga class in 2009 and like so many other Yogis. He was instantly hooked. His journey was slow at first but once David found Lotus House of Yoga his practice exploded. Encouraged by his teachers Mary Clare Sweet and Lora Haase, and inspired by a weekend workshop with Simon Park, David's path lead him through 50 straight days of practicing and into Lotus House of Yoga's teacher training program. As a teacher David uses his love of live music to create a fast flowing practice where the sky is the limit! David has been married for 11 years and his loving wife Erin has been his biggest supporter while making the move from Corporate America to Pincha Mayurasana. Together they have two sons who seem to possess all the creativity and energy the world has to offer. They love to entertain, cook and drink wine together, and spend their free time travelling with family and friends. They know they are blessed and that life is good.

Peace. Love. Namaste.

Suzanne Wright

The search for balance in her physical exercise is what originally drew Suzanne to the yoga mat in the late '90s. The constant challenge of physical, mental and spiritual balance is what keeps her coming back. She is a mom of 3 and enjoys an active, healthy lifestyle. She loves that there is a yoga practice out there for anyone who is willing to try. Suzanne's classes are fun, energetic and aimed at helping you find balance in your practice on and off the mat.

I practice yoga to cultivate present mindful awareness ,strength and elasticity in the body and breath. Practicing yoga daily helps me to experience "what's happening now". I credit Yoga for my good health, strong body and peaceful mind. I became a Yoga teacher to share the Yoga that has brought so much joy to my life. I practice and teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, Restorative , Yin yang yoga and meditation. I give a deep bow of gratitude to Mary Clare Sweet, Theresa Murphy, Libba Harmon, Tias Little and all the teachers at Lotus House of Yoga for guiding me on my Yoga path. When I am off the mat, I enjoy participating in and watching all sports and hanging out with my 6 children.
