Yoga School should work for you and your schedule. Lotus House offers open enrollment year round. This means you can join our yoga schools at any time. Our program is great because it allows students to access educational opportunities that may not be available in your local area. It also allows you to explore different teacher training options and find the best fit for your needs.
Our curriculum is of the highest caliber. We have graduated over 500 people through our programs over 13 years. Yoga teacher training is beneficial for you because it provides the knowledge and skills to teach yoga safely and effectively. It also helps you to deepen your own practice and the relationship you have with yourself. You will gain a deep understanding of yoga, as well as a better understanding of the philosophy and history. Additionally, it can help people to develop their own teaching style.

The Lotus House Warrior Wheels Cycle School

Take your journey from passionate rider to phenomenal coach. You will learn the foundational philosophy that guides each and every class at Lotus. This philosophy is what makes Warrior Wheels classes more than just a workout. The structure, sequencing, and music are the secret sauce that you will use to lead each class you teach. This proven methodology will set you up for success as a Warrior Wheels coach. The group of folks you train with will become your crew! These relationships are special because Cycle School is a rite of passage. The transformation you experience lasts a lifetime and uncovers your unique self, gifts and talents.

Welcome to the wildly popular, funkified, electric Lotus House Sculpt School. This class is a power flow’s wild little sister. It’s time to uncover your wild child within and let them loose! Anyone who loves music, sweat and movement are ready to go through our Sculpt School. You’ll build a basis of proper form, sequencing and high rep resistance training. You’ll learn to choose music that truly raises the vibe and messaging to motivate your students. The time is now to activate your courage and show up.
