10/10. Amazing studio with wonderful teachers and classes for all levels. MC’s classes have incredible energy, and Neal’s are a favorite too (his music is always amazing and makes the class for me). -Stephanie
Don't second guess the decision to try this place out. I was so nervous to try the hot sculpt but WOW! It isn't just physical but it is mental. That is what I love about yoga. Lotus is such a warm, welcoming place with the best instructors and a beautiful interior. -Maddie
